When my father purchased Select Exterminating in 1990, he did so with a simple belief: if you build real relationships and stand behind your word, the business will take care of itself.

More than three decades later, that belief remains the foundation of everything we do.

Since taking on the role of CEO, I’ve had the privilege of leading Select through one of the most transformative chapters in our history. What began in 1959 as a respected Long Island pest control company has evolved into one of the fastest-growing pest management organizations in the Northeast.

In just the past few years, Select has grown nearly fivefold — expanding across all of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and throughout New England. Today, we are proud to be ranked #34 on the PCT Top 100 list, placing us among the largest pest control companies in the country.

Growth, however, has never been the goal for its own sake.

Our expansion has been driven by one thing: relationships.
